Members of the Juneau Astronomy Club set up telescopes on a recent clear evening and observed Mars and the double star in the handle of the Big Dipper. The group meets at 7 p.m. Mondays at the Marie Drake Planetarium and observes when the sky is clear. New members are welcome.
