Both students are participating in the school's production of "The Old Woman of the Tides."
"I haven't been in a real life play before," Chase said. "It took us three or four weeks to get everything complete. It's just really hard."
The Tlingit play features more than 200 students in kindergarten and first and second grade.
"I'm excited to be in the play because it's the first time for me to be in a big play in front of a lot of people," Tiana said. "It's been challenging to practice my lines, but I got them memorized very well."
