Two environmental films to show at the Goldtown Nickelodeon Theater
On Monday, Dec. 11, the Alaska Chapter of the Sierra Club will sponsor a free double feature at the Goldtown Nickelodeon Theater. 'Who Killed the Electric Car?' and 'An Inconvenient Truth', two films about the effects of man and machine on our environment, will be the films featured.

'Who Killed the Electric Car?' chronicles the life and mysterious death of the GM EV1 electric car- one of the fastest, most efficient production cars ever built-examining its cultural and economic ripple effects and how they reverberated through the halls of government and big business.

'An Inconvenient Truth' is aEpassionate and inspirational look at Al Gore's fervent crusade to halt global warming's deadly progress by exposing the myths and misconceptions that surround it.
