Therapists attend training
Patricia Hoek of Juneau attended the CranioSacral Therapy training presented by the Upledger Institute. In addition to research in the field of craniosacral therapy, Upledger is internationally known for dolphin assisted work with autistic children.

CST is used to release restrictions in the craniosacral system, which surrounds the brain and spinal cord. This light-touch therapy improves the central nervous system, allowing it to better relieve stress and strengthen resistance to disease.

Other therapists from Juneau who attended the training are Sharon Holland, Bernadine Peterson, Elizabeth Buck and Donna Emerson.
