Camelot brings to life King Arthur's noble quest for a unified world on November 10-13 at the Kayhi auditorium in Ketchikan. This First City Players production is their annual fall musical, with armor shining, and swords flying. Thursday, Friday and Saturday at 7:30pm, Sunday at 2pm. Nov. 14-20 three actors from the Fairbanks Shakespeare Theatre will be conducting a workshop to explore theatre and Shakespeare. Workshops will be from 6-8pm at the First Lutheran Church in Ketchikan. Anyone ages 13 and up are invited to attend. Please call First City Players at 225-4792 for more information or to register. Steppin' Out '05

Join the Ketchikan Community Chorus in an evening of music and dance. On Nov. 18, the chorus will perform excerpts from "Phantom of the Opera", and pieces by Irving Berlin. Lush Life will be on hand for dance music, and homemade desserts will be provided. No host bar and doors will open at 7:30pm with the concert beginning at 8pm. Dance music will start at 9pm. Tickets are available individually and in friend's packs at the Arts Council and McPherson Music.

Toma Kubinek

Wild and Zany Tomas Kubinek comes to the Kayhi Stage! This Czechoslovakian-born, Canadian-raised solo artist will bring wacky physical comedy and flying tricks to Ketchikan on November 19th at 7:30pm. If you like Monty Python, or the Cirque de Soleil clowns, or anything else funny, this is the show for you. Tickets will be available soon. For more information call the Arts Council at 225-2211.
