On Aug. 27, at approximately 7:42 a.m., the Juneau Police Department was notified of a burglary that took place at a business in the downtown area. Stolen during the burglary was a safe that was estimated to contain at least $1,000.
On Oct. 1, the remains of the safe were located in the Lemon Creek Valley.
Individuals with any information are encouraged to contact the Juneau Police Department or Crime Line immediately.

Callers are guaranteed anonymity upon request and given a number when claiming a reward of up to $1,000.00.
