Booths available for Sitka Artisans Market
SITKA - Commercial booth space is still available for the 8th annual Sitka Artisans Market, though only a few spaces are left. Vendors selling high quality handcrafts, fine art and other Alaska-made products are invited to apply for space at the Artisans Market, which is expected to draw more than 2,000 shoppers. The event will fill much of Sitka's Harrigan Centennial Hall and will run Dec. 5 - 7.

The Sitka Artisans Market is a now a project of the Greater Sitka Chamber of Commerce, having been started and coordinated for the last seven years by Sitka Works! The Market provides a profitable sales venue for Alaskan artists, fine crafters and manufacturers; a unique shopping experience for Sitkans; and an opportunity for local and regional retailers to discover new Alaskan products for their stores.

Space rental fees range from $175.00 to $300.00 per booth. Vendor applications and additional information can be found at Sitka Artisans Market Coordinator, Jennifer Meyer, can be reached at 738-2664 or Applications are also available at the Sitka Chamber of Commerce office, at 329 Harbor Drive, Suite 212, in Sitka.
