Saturday, Oct. 31

Halloween Carnival Sponsored by the Senior Class, noon-4:30 p.m., Elementary School Gym. Lots of games and prizes: cake walk, carved pumpkin contest, food and bake sale. Seniors are seeking donations of any and all food and drinks for the sales, as well as donated cakes and pies for the cake walk. Admission for anyone over 5 years old is $2. Bring extra for game tickets and food.

Annual Halloween Costume Contest, 1 p.m., Angoon Trading Company. Three categories: Infant-10 years old; 11-18 years old; and 19 years old to adult. Best costume for each category will be decided by other participants and win a $25 gift certificate.

Beading, sewing, and regalia making, 1:30-3 p.m. Monday-Friday, Aangoon Shu' Senior Center. People age 60 and older are invited to the senior lunch served from noon-1 p.m. each weekday.
