The 14th annual Panhandlers Toy Run was held Sept. 21 to collect stuffed animals for hospitalized children. Cash donations from businesses and individuals were given to Bartlett to purchase additional toys More than 75 bikers and riders and 250 people attended the event and barbeque at the Douglas Fire Hall.

Home Depot, Costco, Super Bear, KTOO, KINY, The Triangle Bar, MGT, Sandy Krook and Family, Widow Son's, Pat Peterson, River of Glory Church and the Douglas Fire Department.
"We thank the Southeast Alaska Panhandlers and the Douglas Fire Department for their continued commitment to the special needs of Bartlett Regional Hospital pediatric patients," Morrow said.
