What is your definition of success?

To me success to setting goals and reaching them on a continuous basis. I am always setting new goals for myself and trying to go above and beyond what I am comfortable with.

What special challenges or advantages have you faced because you're a woman?

I haven't had too many challenges as a woman but I do feel as though I want to prove myself in the professional world for my own satisfaction

What has been your motivation?

My daughter is my motivation for everything that I do. I know that there are things that she is going to need throughout life and she will be depending on me to make sure she has them.

How did you get started in this business?

I have worked a little bit in sales and marketing before and when this position opened I knew that this is what I wanted to do. After meeting my potential co-workers I was impressed and really wanted a chance to work with such a great group of females.

Who was your mentor, and how have they influenced you?

All of my girlfriends have been great role models for me as we continue to grow from each others life lessons and mistakes. Also my best friends mom Malonie has been my biggest mentor since I was in high school. She has always given me great advice and given me the inspiration to always keep learning and growing. There are defiantly times in my life that I am eternally grateful for having her in my life.

I have a wonderful boyfriend named Tyson and a 4 ?-year-old daughter named Auna who is in her third year at Juneau Montessori School.
