Juneau World Affairs Council on Tuesday, October 10, 2006, from 5:30pm to 6:30pm, Juneau World Affairs Council will sponsor the Tuesday Night Travelog at the Nickelodeon Theater. The presentation is entitled : From Rainforest to Desert: Juneauites in Cairo and the speakers are Vivian Montoya and Jay Livey, Beth and Jamie Parson, and Judy and Gary Hayden. Admission is free. SAGA Open House at the Eagle Valley Center, Sun, 11am-3pm. Use of high ropes course and kayaks available and other ongoing games ending with cake and a slideshow at 3 pm. 790-6413

Run for Tristan's Heart Fun Fundraiser, 5K Run & 1-mile Family Fun Walk/Jog, Airport Dike Trail, Sat, Sep 30, $10 donation to register (Kids are free), Pre-registration at JRC & Nugget Outfitter. Race day registration begins at 8:30 AM.
