Guest Yoga instructor Katerina Wen heading to Juneau Sept. 26
Rainforest Yoga studio is welcoming back Katerina Wen for several classes during a weekend workshop on Sept. 26-28.

A well-known yoga teacher, Wen owns Yogi Way studio in Seattle and conducts workshops, international retreats, and teacher training. She is known for her ability to help students advance their skills as she inspires people to explore and bring poise and elegance to their yoga practice. For more information visit www.yogiway.com.

The Sept. 26-28 classes include Sun and Moon Salutations, breathing techniques, vinyasa sequences, partner yoga, and Bhakti vinyasa yoga.

It is helpful to have some yoga experience but the classes will be geared toward all levels. Participants can attend one or more classes, or the entire workshop.

Classes cost $30-45 each, or $135-150 for entire workshop.


Classes begin Friday night 5:30-7:30 p.m. and continue Saturday from 9 a.m. until noon and conclude Sunday from 2-4:30 p.m. For more information visit www.rainforestyoga.org.
