Recipe of the WEEK: Grilled Halibut on Pasta with Avocado Sauce
6 medium cloves garlic 1 tsp. salt

1 tsp. ground cumin 1 bell pepper, chopped

¼ c. sherry vinegar 1 avocado, diced

½ c. olive oil

½ bunch cilantro ½ bunch parsley

Mix all together in food processor to make sauce.

4 fillets halibut ¼ c. mayonnaise

2 tsp finely minced garlic 2 tsp. lemon juice

1 lb. pasta 1 tomato, diced

Parmesan, for garnish

Mix together mayonnaise, garlic and lemon juice. Coat fish. Grill fish. Toss pasta with avocado sauce. Top with halibut, then garnish with tomato and parmesan.
