Interplay introduction class held Sept. 27
"Interplay" is an active, creative way to unlock the wisdom of the body. It is a system of ideas and practices that can help participants reshape their lives and their communities. Interplays uses improvisation, song, dance and storytelling to develop personal development and community. It's geared for adults of all ages and physical abilities. No experience is necessary. The relaxing, enlivening, fun and confidence-building Interplay forms are easy-to-learn and incremental.

The class is taught by Judy Shook, the spiritual leader/interim pastor at Aldersgate United Methodist Church in Juneau. She has been leading Interplay workshops, classes and retreats since 1995.

The class will be held from 10 a.m. to noon on Saturday, Sept. 27 at Aldersgate United Methodist Church. Cost depends on a sliding scale of $10-20. For details contact Judy Shook, 523-2914 or e-mail judyshook@aol.com or visit www.interplay.org
