Art Anderson Associates
Art Anderson Associates continues to recruit and hire individuals to bolster its skill set and meet growing project needs. Robert Dullanty, Scott Newbury, Daniel Green and Shan Zhao have recently joined the team, each bringing certain experience and skills that will grow the firm's ability to deliver on its promise of providing Value Beyond Engineering™ to clients and stakeholders.

Robert (Bob) Dullanty is a registered professional engineer in six states, with more than 20 years of experience in project management and structural engineering. Dullanty relocated from South Carolina, where he was named one of the Charleston Region Business Journal's "40 under 40."

Scott Newbury is a marine engineer with strong technical and leadership skills. His areas of expertise include marine performance evaluation, physical modeling of vessels and marine structures and experimental data collection, analysis and reporting. Newbury was most recently a senior project engineer at Oceanic Consulting Corporation in Newfoundland, where he conducted performance evaluations of marine vessels and offshore structures. He will apply his expertise on a variety of projects at Art Anderson Associates, including floating facilities design and Navy research projects.

Mr. Green moved from Redmond, Ore., where he made use of his drafting expertise for an avionics company and more recently, a space planning firm. Shan Zhao fills a role in the company as a "knowledge worm" intern. A master's student in the University of Washington's Information School, Zhao is applying her education to a real-world setting by leading improvements to the company's knowledge management systems and processes. Zhao is prepared to get the most out of her internship by participating in Art Anderson Associates' Extra Nautical Mile™ program, which provides one-on-one mentoring and a structured learning environment that gives participants training in technical and "soft" skills that are of critical importance in the emerging knowledge economy.
