Shimmies, shakes, taps and quakes its way onto the Kayhi stage Aug. 4-6. Both performances will begin at 7:30 p.m. with local and regional dancers and choreographers showing off their stuff in this local festival event. Xaada Tak'anlang Haida Descendant Dancers
Once a month throughout the summer, the Haida Descendant Dancers will perform at the Totem Bight Clan House in the Totem Bight State Historical Park. The next dance will be from 6:30-7:30 p.m. Friday, Aug. 11. Admission is free to the public and coffee and cookies may be served. Co-sponsored by Alaska State Parks and Alaska Natural History Association.
