KETCHIKAN - Through a donation by Princess Cruises, SEAPRO has staged a new container of oil spill response equipment in Gustavus. The new cache contains 2,000 feet of boom and ancillary equipment, complimenting existing response resources in Glacier Bay National Park. Currently staged assets include a 249 barrel response barge, skimming equipment and containment boom.

KETCHIKAN - Through a donation by Princess Cruises, SEAPRO has staged a new container of oil spill response equipment in Gustavus. The new cache contains 2,000 feet of boom and ancillary equipment, complimenting existing response resources in Glacier Bay National Park. Currently staged assets include a 249 barrel response barge, skimming equipment and containment boom.
The new equipment has been positioned at the Gustavus Airport so it can be rapidly transported by air to remote areas.
