Juneau-Douglas City Museum summer program begins Aug. 4
JUNEAU - Youth ages 8 to 11 are invited to join the Juneau-Douglas City Museum for a week of fun and exploration August 4 - 8. The Juneau Explorers Week program combines indoor and outdoor activities to expose youth to Juneau's local history, art and culture. This year's activities include gold panning, nature hikes, a trip up the Mt. Roberts Tramway and various crafts including wind-chimes made out of utensils

The program runs Monday through Friday 12:30-4:30 p.m. The cost is $25 per day or $125 for the whole week. All materials and fees are included. Pre-registration and pre-payment is required. To register call the City Museum at 586-3572. Class size is limited so sign up today!
