Healthy eating presentation planned for Eagles vs. Ravens
Interested in learning how to eat a healthier diet? Want to earn more points in the Eagles vs. Ravens Wellness Challenge?

Lisa Nicklow, a nutritionist with the SouthEast Alaska Regional Health Consortium, will give a presentation on healthy eating at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday, July 27, at the SEARHC Juneau Medical Center ground-floor conference rooms. As part of the event, the movie "Super-Size Me" will be shown and light refreshments will be served.

This event is being held as part of the Eagles vs. Ravens Wellness Challenge, an eight-week event that started on July 2. The challenge features teams and individuals who earn points for health eating, exercise, stress reduction, volunteering at and attending community and cultural events. Participants can earn up to 15 points for this event - 10 points for their own attendance and five points for bringing a friend. This event is open to the entire Juneau community. You don't have to be participating in the Eagles vs. Ravens Wellness Challenge to attend.
