Notorious

An evening concert with Notorious from Massachusetts features the duo of Eden

McAdam-Somer on fiddle and voice with Larry Unger on guitar and banjo. Both play traditional a mix of Irish, Scottish, Yiddish, Cape Breton, Old Time, swing

and blues. Their original tunes blend many of these traditions into gorgeous melodies and harmonies. The concert is at 7:30 p.m. Monday, July 23, at Resurrection Lutheran Church, 10th and Glacier. 'Fish Pirate's Daughter'

Tickets are now available for Ketchikan's own melodrama held at the Ted Ferry Civic Center this year, including an all-you-can-eat crab feed and a no-host bar. Shows are July 13, 20, 21, 27 & 28 with doors opening at 7 p.m., dinner beginning at 7:30 p.m. and the play starting at 8 p.m. Call First City Players to make reservations at 247-4792.

Concerts on Campus

University of Alaska Southeast, in collaboration with Juneau Arts and Humanities Council holds free performances by local musicians, poets, actors,and entertainers from 7-8:30 p.m. each Saturday through July 21, at Noyes Pavilion at UAS, located at 11120 Glacier Hwy by Auke Bay.

Concerts in the Park
