Recipe of the WEEK: Smoked Salmon Puffs
Smoked Salmon Puffs

12 oz smoked salmon

4 oz creamed cheese

4 oz sour cream

1/8 c onion, minced

1/8 c garlic, minced

dill, 1 T

1 lb butter

phyllo (filo) dough

Using food processor, combine first 6 ingredients. Mix until fully incorporated. Remove and chill for ½ hour. Cut phyllo dough into 4" squares. Melt butter. With pastry brush, apply butter to phyllo sheet 3-5 sheets thick, buttering each sheet. Place 1 tsp filling into center of square. Gather pastry to create a "chocolate kiss" shape and brush with more melted butter. Bake on slightly greased cookie sheet for 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Serve warm and enjoy
