The Windfall Fisherman, the sculpture donated by R.T. "Skip" Wallen to the people of Juneau in recognition of the 25th anniversary of Statehood, will be cleaned this week in a "Buff the Bear" project. Wallen will give a presentation at a Bubble Feed dinner catered by Chez Alaska on Saturday, July 11 at the Moose Club.
