Asian Glaze
3 Tbsp. pure maple syrup

2 tsp. fresh grated gingerroot

2 tsp. lime juice

2 tsp. soy sauce

1-1/2 tsp. fresh minced garlic

1 bunch green onions, trimmed (for planking only)

Blend all ingredients. Rub on 1/2 to 1 teaspoon per portion or all onto Alaska salmon side. If planking, place green onions on plank; top with salmon.
