Social networking site for fishermen launched

Fishermanbook.com, the world's first social networking site for fishermen, has launched. Until now, there has been no central resource for fishermen to network with each other and access fishing reports, maps, event information, post profiles, blog, network, etc.

The free site, which has been compared to Facebook, is set up to be a central meeting place for any type of fisherman, hobbyist or professional.

Todd Pliss, the man behind Fishermanbook.com, has been involved in direct response marketing since 1995. An avid fisherman, Pliss decided it was time there was a way for fishing enthusiasts worldwide to connect with each other as well as have a one-stop source for all things fishing.
