Four Glacier Adventure
Era Helicopters is the only helicopter company in southeast Alaska guaranteeing to offer views of four glaciers on one tour. Our signature Four Glacier Adventure tour includes flightseeing by the Taku, Dead Branch or East Twin, Hole in the Wall and Norris Glaciers. The tour is highlighted with a 15-20 minute landing on the Norris or Taku Glacier. The Four Glacier Adventure keeps passengers with their pilot the entire time. Boots are provided for added traction while on the glacier.
A very popular soft-adventure, the Glacier Dog Sled Adventure combines our Four Glacier Adventure highlights and dog sledding! Passengers will spend approximately one hour at our exclusive dog sled camp where they will meet race veterans of the grueling Yukon Quest and Iditarod Dog Sled Races. The tour is highlighted with a 20-25 minute ride across the glacier with a professional dog musher. Passengers take turns riding in the basket and driving the dog team, along with your guide.
