Third book in Danél F. Griffin’s Misfit Trilogy published

The third book in the Misfit Trilogy “Tea with the Dark Side” by Danél F. Griffin was published on Nov. 26, 2016 and is available on online platforms like Amazon, Kindle and Nook, as well as specially ordered at Hearthside Books.

The first book “Ellipses” followed characters Joanna and Quentin as they went on a road trip across the U.S. and their long conversations, which Griffin described in a past interview with the Weekly as “a love letter to all the great literature I’d ever read.” The second book “Spiral’s Edge” follows other characters from the first book.

The synopsis on the back cover of “Tea with the Dark Side” reads: “Young travelers riding their motorcycles in the desert heat, following only their stubborn impulse to keep pressing onward. A weary old man who paces the border of a village at the edge of the world, a life full of secrets as he stands a watchful guardian. Two strangers who meet on a train and make a pact that will change their lives. Letters never to be read that nevertheless beg forgiveness for an impossible choice that has led to deep betrayal. The poetry of a lost, struggling soul who screams to the stars and demands their audience.”
