Family Day at the Lake is June 2

JUNEAU - The Juneau-Gastineau Rotary Club, along with the Alaska Department of Fish & Game, the U.S. Forest Service, the U.S. Coast Guard Auxiliary, and the Territorial Sportsman invite you to attend the annual "Family Day at the Lake" at Twin Lakes from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturday, June 2.

This is a community event and includes fishing, children's games, prizes, lunch and lots of fun for the whole family. Twin Lakes has been stocked with 10,000 young salmon, courtesy of DIPAC, and fishing poles and bait will be provided free of charge to anglers. Event staff will be on-hand to provide instruction and assistance to the youngsters.

A lunch of hot dogs, chips and soda will be available at the Rotary pavilion at an affordable price.
