Play adapts classic children's book
'Alexander and the Terrible, Horrible, No Good, Very Bad Day'
The Junea-Douglas High School theatre troupe performs the play "Alexander and the Terrible, Horrible, No Good, Very Bad Day." The play is based on the children's book by the same name written by Judith Viorst. It is about a little boy who sees the glass as half empty but learns to cope with the ups and downs in life. The play is energetic and fun for the whole family and will have you laughing and singing. It was produced and directed by Michaela Moore and Lucas Hoiland, the same team who brought the community Les Miserables this past February and M*A*S*H in November.

The show opened last weekend and will be performed again on Friday and Saturday at 7 p.m., with a daytime performance on Saturday at 2 p.m..
