Cold Cucumber-Avocado Soup with Baby Shrimp
1 cucumber with peel; cut into chunks

1 avocado

1 or more cloves garlic (to taste); quartered

1 T or more onion (to taste); coarsely chopped

1 chicken bouillon cube or equivalent in granule

Salt pepper to taste

Dash of Tabasco

Buttermilk to fill the blender

¼ lb baby shrimp


In a blender, blend cucumber, avocado, garlic, onion, bouillon, salt, pepper, tobasco. Gradually add buttermilk to make 5 cups.

Put blender container in freezer for 30-60 minutes; blend again just before serving. Top with baby shrimp and cilantro sprig.
