Alaska Pacific expands mortgage team

Juneau, AK Alaska Pacific Bancshares, Inc. president and CEO Craig E. Dahl announces that Adam Hendren has joined Alaska Pacific Mortgage as vice president and mortgage lending manager, and Nancy Hudson, a long-time member of the local real estate community, has joined Alaska Pacific Mortgage as a mortgage loan officer.

"Alaska Pacific has a long tradition of helping Alaskans buy homes," Dahl said, "and we are pleased to have these two individuals, with extensive backgrounds in the mortgage industry, joining our team."

Hendren is responsible for managing the mortgage lending division of Alaska Pacific Bank-Alaska Pacific Mortgage. He oversees and trains the team of loan officers, processors, closers, and underwriters. Hendren manages relationships with third-party lenders and oversees the development of new systems and the addition of new loan products. He has 11 years experience in the financial industry and is a graduate of Colorado State University.

  Nancy Hudson
Hudson works with customers to determine the right loan mortgage program, and then helps the customers through the application and approval process. In her position, she also works closely with local real estate agents. Hudson has over 25 years of financial experience, is certified as an FHA underwriter, and is well known in the Juneau area. She is the treasurer of a local Rotary organization.
