Kitchen whizzes and chefs, are you known among your friends or customers for your mouth-watering seafood marinade? Is it the best in Alaska? There's only one way to find out: register your marinade in the Alaska Seafood Marketing Institute's "Wild Alaska Marinade" contest at the Juneau Maritime Festival on Saturday, May 22nd.
