Affordable housing developer hosts presentation
JUNEAU - Summit Housing will be making a presentation in Juneau on Thursday, April 17 at 5:15 p.m. at the downtown library. Summit Housing Group, which is an affordable housing developer based out of Missoula, Montana.
The developer has been looking at Juneau for several years and found a potential site that would work for their development model. The company typically builds developments that range from 25-75 units, but in several places they have more than 200 units. They build primarily in Montana and Wyoming and are familiar with building in harsh climates and hard markets such as Alaska.
