JUNEAU -- The U.S. Forest Service wants public input on how roads should be used on Admiralty National Monument in the Juneau Ranger District.
The agency is evaluating which roads will be open to motorized vehicles on land that includes the Juneau mainland, Admiralty Island and the Couverden area.
Right now the agency isn't proposing any changes to motorized travel on the existing road and trail systems there.
The deadline to comment is March 31. For more information, contact Ed Grossman at 789-6237.
