The Ketchikan Gateway Borough Assembly is considering a tough reply to Gov. Sean Parnell on education funding.
The borough is suing the state over Alaska's mandatory minimum education funding, and Parnell warned the borough that it could face consequences if it goes ahead with the lawsuit.
The assembly was scheduled to vote Tuesday on the reply, according to the Ketchikan Daily News, which first reported the issue.
