Classes emphazise goal lsetting, life style changes and active class interaction. Classes meet Tuesday afternoons, 1-3 p.m., and must be attended as a series; drop-ins not allowed. Class is limited to 12 participants. Pre-register at 796-8422. Fee for the series is $45, plus $15 for the textbook. First class is on March 1.
