According to Naoroz, Cindy DeWitt Paul of Chatham Properties, manager of Kootznoowoo's commercial properties, is now teamed up with Bernie Lewis, broker of Comserv Realty in Anchorage.
Naoroz said that Paul has proved her capabilities managing Kootznoowoo's commercial properties.
"We have been delighted with Paul's professionalism and so are our tenants. Teamed up with Bernie Lewis, I am confident there is a strong demand in Juneau and in other Southeast communities for their combined talents," Naoroz said.
Naoroz, who became president of Kootznoowoo in August of 2005, had previously served for over eight years as a real estate investment officer and manager of the Alaska Permanent Fund's multi-billion dollar real estate portfolio.
"In my experience, property managers who respond promptly and professionally to tenant needs and keep on top of maintenance and upkeep do more than pay for the cost of their services. They are the key to investment success."
Paul said the partnership with Comserv allows Chatham Properties to offer a wide variety of commercial real estate service, including sales and leasing.
"I'm impressed with Bernie's commitment to customer service and her high ethical standards," she said. "Together, we can offer services tailored to fit the needs of our clients."
Bernie Lewis, a veteran of the Chicago real estate market, came to Anchorage ten years ago, opening her own business, Comserv Realty, in 2004. She emphasizes the importance of providing professional property management services.
"We try to emphasize the big picture - preventative maintenance, finding quality tenants and keeping them happy, and minimizing tenant turnover," Lewis said.
"Our focus is on professional lease administration that increases property values."
