English Country dancing on Thursday, February 2, at the Terry Miller Legislative Offices gymnasium (the Old Capital School gym). Use Sixth Street entrance. Live music with Amanitas and dance caller Odette Foster. All dances taught and beginners are welcome. No partners are necessary. Bring clean, soft-soled shoes for dancing. 7:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.
African Dinner and Dance
On Saturday, Feb. 11, the KRBD fundraiser will make its way to the Ted Ferry Civic Center in Ketchikan. An African themed five course dinner is on the menu, with dancing to follow. The doors open at 6:30 p.m. with dinner and dancing from 7 p.m.-midnight. For more information, call 225-9655.
