The people in Sacramento are up-in-arms because this Saturday it will be 49 fahrenheit during the day and 24 fahrenheit at night. To Sacramenteans, this is freezing cold, with a touch of the wind chill factor. If only they could see the 13th annual polar bear dip, in which people brave the chilly waters of Auke Recreation Area. To the people of Juneau, 24 fahrenheit would merely be a heatwave and time to throw on the tank tops! The people of Sacramento don't understand what cold is.
