OUTDOORS For the CCW JUNEAU - Last year for National Public Lands Day, 120,000 volunteers worked at over 1,800 different locations in every state. This year, Juneau residents are invited to volunteer at the Dredge Lake Trail on Saturday, Sept, 19. SAGA will be working in coordination with the United States Forest Service to lay down gravel and clear brush on the trail. The project that will make the trail much more useable for hiking, cross country skiing, snowshoeing and many other activities.
