NEWS Capital City Weekly The Raven Correspondence School Student Council is a proud recipient of the "2012 Youth Led Summer Service Projects Grant." Alaska Iniative for Community Engagement and the Association of Alaska School Boards provided a $500 grant for their "Empowering Youth Leaders" projects.
