AE Capital City Weekly The 23rd annual festival continues through May 24 with free and ticketed events. JJ&C has been recognized by Chamber Music America and is one of two recipients of the 2009 CMAcclaim Award. The festival offers an array of artistic and educational programs for youth and adults, including multi-day workshops that introduce jazz to elementary students, concerts and workshops for youth in the regional correctional facility, and jazz band clinics and workshops, led by visiting artists, for a high school ensemble in Hoonah.
