OUTDOORS Capital City Weekly Juneau will hold its annual Friends of the National Rifleman's Association (FONRA) dinner at 6 p.m. on Saturday, April 25 at Centennial Hall. An annual auction, awards and prizes will be a part of the evening.That night, three Juneau organizations will receive grants from the Alaska Region of NRA. The Juneau Boy Scouts will receive a $1,800 grant for their Firearms Training and Safety Program. Thunder Mountain High School will receive a $3,000 grant to support their present Air Rifle Team and help it grow to a Small-bore and Air Rifle Team.As shown in the above photo, the Hank Harmon Rifle Range will receive a $10,000 grant for the short range grading and drainage.
