OUTDOORS Capital City Weekly KETCHIKAN - Sunny skies greeted walkers and runners for the Sourdough Stampede, held April 7. The season opener for the Ketchikan Running Club featured one-mile and five-kilometer races followed by a pancake feed at the VFW. Race Director, Fred Jorgensen said, "We had a record number of racers this year. It must be the pancakes."
