NEWS Capital City Weekly One of the most exciting Southeast Region V 3A/4A basketball tournaments in memory came to a close March 7 at Ketchikan's Clarke Cochrane gymnasium with six teams headed up to the state championships in Anchorage March 19-21. Here's a look at some of the action.
