HEALTH Capital City Weekly JUNEAU - Bartlett Regional Hospital awarded a check in the amount of $2000 to Glacier Valley Elementary School for the highest percentage of students attending the KidSafe Saturday event. KidSafe Saturday brought together over thirty organizations and more than 100 volunteers to provide safety tips and demonstrations for children and their parents. "It is great to see the kids' enthusiasm as they talk about the event and what they liked best," said Bartlett CFO Garth Hamblin. He also thanked the volunteers and organizations that helped make the event a success.
