AE Capital City Weekly Ossobuco has long been a dish I have wanted to eat and never did until a few weeks ago at Barolo, an incredible Italian restaurant in Seattle. For my own edification, I had to know exactly what ossobuco was. According to Google definitions, Ossobuco is a "Milanese specialty of cross-cut veal shanks braised with vegetables, white wine and broth".
