Tell us in 350 words or less what makes your workworld so great. The best submissions will appear in a special print section inserted in the Capital City Weekly on Aug. 27, and the Juneau Empire on Aug. 31.

There also will be prizes for the top three essays: $500 for first place, $250 for second place and $100 for third place. Essays will be judged on creativity, voice and style.
